Vi justerar brf-avgiften med +3% från och med 1 januari 2027. Orsaken är framför allt ökade kostnader för föreningen (bl.a. värme och el) men också för att öka föreningens sparande. Sparandet beräknas för 2027 bli ca 193 kr/kvm vilket fortfarande är lågt enligt HSBs rekommendationer (250–300 kr/kvm).

We are increasing the monthly association fee by 3% effective January 1, 2027. The main reason is rising costs (including heating and electricity), but also to increase the housing association’s savings. Savings for 2027 are estimated at approximately SEK 193 per square metre, which is still low according to HSB’s recommendations of SEK 250–300 per square metre.
