🇬🇧 Ahead of the annual meeting on Thursday, June 13th at 6:30 PM, here is the annual report, which was finalized today. According to the information, the auditor’s report will be written tonight, and we will publish it on this page as soon as it is available.

🇸🇪 Årsstämman senareläggs då HSB varit överlastade och inte kunnat få klart årsredovisningen i tid.

Nytt datum blir därför torsdag 13 juni kl 18:30 i föreningslokalen.

Finopti, som hjälpt oss med låneupphandlingen, kommer troligen medverka genom att inleda mötet med en kort kommentar kring det allmänna ränteläget och hur de ser på utvecklingen på sikt.

🇬🇧 The annual meeting is postponed as HSB has been overloaded and has not been able to complete the annual report on time.

Therefore, the new date will be Thursday, June 13 at 6:30 PM in the association hall.

Finopti, who has assisted us with the loan procurement, will likely participate by starting the meeting with a brief comment on the general interest rate situation and their views on long-term developments.

🇸🇪 Vi har uppdaterat informationen kring föreningslokalen, bastun och gymmet genom nya tavlor som satts upp i lokalerna. Samtidigt har vi uppdaterat kontaktinformationen på anslagstavlorna i varje port.

Tanken har varit att försöka förenkla dokumenten och göra dem lite mer positiva att läsa, även om de förstås även innehåller lite förhållningsregler. Se alla dokument längst ner.

Informationen kring tvättstugan står på tur.

🇬🇧 We have updated the information regarding the association’s room, sauna, and gym with new signs that have put up in the premises. At the same time, we have updated the contact information on the bulletin boards in each entrance.

The idea has been to try to simplify the documents and make them a bit more positive to read, although they of course also contain some rules of conduct. See all documents at the bottom.

The documents are all in Swedish as of now. Information about the laundry room is up next.

Att skriva en motion är inte svårt. Tänk på att uttrycka dig på ett kort och kärnfullt sätt med ett tydligt yrkande på vad du vill uppnå.
